Every business goes through a Brand Check audit: real research into their history, authenticity, community fluency, inclusivity & reputation. No guesswork nor assumptions.
Always! Browsing & discovering real alt-culture businesses through Alt.Able costs nothing, & never will.
Nope! Payment gets a business audited, and only businesses who passed the audit can get on the list.
No one buys a spot, nor a tag. Tags are also earned through the audits.
We're teach-first, not exclusionary. If a business that's not there yet, they get pointed toward what to fix. Once they fixed those issues, they can be listed accordingly!
No, it's annual. Businesses get re-checked every year, so the trust mark stays current, not just a badge from one good year!
We flag it, review it against our rules & standards, then explain our reasoning either way, be they stay flagged or get cleared.
Businesses trading within the 1st 2 years can join completely free, with a discount the following year too. Pricing scales with business size after that. Get in touch & we'll walk you through it.
Nope! Alt.Able is discovery only. We connect you to real sellers themselves. AKA you buy straight from them, on their own site.
