These terms apply if you register your business with Alt․Able, whether as a Founding Seller or a standard listing.
You apply through our registration form, giving us accurate information about your business, like your name, links, size, VAT status, and contact details. If you choose to share identity or community tags, like queer-owned, disability-led, or a specific subculture, that's entirely optional and is handled under a separate consent; see our Privacy Policy. Submitting the form isn't a guarantee of being listed; every application goes through our Brand Check audit first.
We check who you are, your naming and trademark position, your public reputation, and, where claimed, your identity or diversity claims. We only use real, verifiable public information for this, like your own site and socials, public reviews, and official registries. We teach first and exclude last: if something doesn't check out, you'll get the chance to put it right before anything more serious happens. Founding Seller status is limited to businesses who sign up through the pre-launch campaign window (11 Aug – 11 Nov 2026). Founding Sellers' listing is free until 31 December 2027. What happens after the free period ends, whether that's moving to Grow Real Aid pricing or standard pricing, will be confirmed with you directly and isn't automatic.

Prices are correct as of the date at the top of this page & may change; we'll give existing sellers reasonable notice before a price change affects them.
All tags are earned through the audit. It's never something you can buy directly, and paying for a listing tier never buys a tag by itself. We can remove a tag if something you were tagged for stops being true.
If this happens, we'll give you notice and the chance to respond first, as part of our teach-first approach.
You can ask us to remove your listing at any time. We may also remove a listing if an audit turns up something serious that isn't put right, or if these terms are breached. Paid tiers come with a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you subscribe. If you cancel within that window, you'll get a full refund as long as an audit is yet to be compiled. After the 14 days, payments aren't refundable, though you can still cancel your listing at any time going forward.
